An employee working for the University in another capacity who also teaches a class or course identified above shall be included within the unit, unless the employee is expressly excluded in the exclusion listing below. Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time non-supervisory security officers assigned to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Protection Services (FPS) Contract #HSHQE2-13-R-00007, for guard services of the Customs Border Patrol occupied buildings (hereinafter referred to as "DHS/FPS/CBP contract) in Puerto Rico located at San Juan, Ponce, Ceiba, and Fajardo. Excluded: All managers, supervisors, office and/or clerical employees, and all non-security employees
