Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time workers employed at the Irvine Branch (Santa Ana) of the Valley Crest Landscape Maintenance Company, including janitors, laborers, helpers, gardeners, irrigation technicians, maintenance workers, tree trimmers, and crew leaders. Excluded: All office clerical, guards and supervisors within the meaning of the Act.

Unit Sought: Inc. All full time and regular part time drivers, helpers, and warehousemen. Exc. All managers, supervisors, clerical, and guards as defined under the Act.

Unit Sought: The contractual bargaining unit is all shipping floor employees(wrapping employees, slicing employees, shipping employees, receiving employees, floor employees and drivers) employed at RP Baking LLC's operation at 840 Jerset Street, Harrison, New Jersey 07029, but excluding all other employees, executives, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. Teamsters Local 701 filed a grievance claming the the bargaining unit should be expanded to including employees of another employer, Tri-state Buns, LLC. Tri-State Buns LLC is a separate employer which operates a bakery located at 723-810 Warren Street, Harrison, NJ 07029. In purpose and effect, Teamsters Local 701's grievance seeks to require RP Baking, LLC to recognize Local 701 as the excluding bargaining representative of Tri-State, LLC employees. Therefore, the instant petition seeks to clarify thr bargaining unit is comprised solely of RP baking, LLC employees employed at its 840 Jersey Avenue Harrison, NJ 07029 operation.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time Valet/Parking employees. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, security guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time drivers employed by the Employer at its Portland, Oregon facility; excluding all professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full and part-time employees, temporary employees with a reasonable expectation of continued employment. The bargaining unit includes employees in the following classifications: administration, customer service/QA, information services, scheduling, dispatch, senior services, transit options, pathway review, transit instruction, reservations and reception. Excluded: Managers, supervisors, guards and confidential employees.

Unit Sought: All electricians employed by the Employer at Rooms to Go Warehouse in Pearl River, LA All office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
