Unit Sought: Article I-Recognition and Coverage 1. Section 1(b) - Bargaining Unit job listing is attached as Exhibit I. 2. Section 1(d) - Change "on a weekly basis" to "on a monthly basis". In addition Active and Inactive job titles will be supplied "on a monthly basis". The Employer agrees that by December 31, 2010 the titles of Member Services Coordinator and Senior Member Services Coordinator shall be converted to Local 32 Bargaining Unit titles. The Employer agrees that the grievance dealing with "Complaints and Appeals" be settled pursuant to the February 1, 2010 proposal. The job titles shall be converted to Local 32 Bargaining Unit titles effective November 1, 2010. The Employer agrees that the title of Account Installation Specialist I shall become Local 32 Bargaining Unit titles effective November 1, 2010. The Union agrees to withdraw all outstanding NLRB Unit Clarification Petitions, grievances and any other disputes filed prior to May 1, 2010 regarding the proper designation of job titles as non-Union positions. "Phase I" job title title disputes are resolved by April 30, 2010 Memorandum of Understanding. Article IV - Work Week and Hours of Work 6. Section 1(b) - Scheduling-The Employer agrees to withdraw this proposal and retain the current Contract language. 8. Section 2 - Overtime (b) - The Employer agrees to withdraw this proposal and retain current Contract language. 9. Section 2 - Overtime (c) - The Employer agrees to withdraw this proposal and retain current Contract language. 15. Section 1 - Grade Level and Ranges (a) - The Employer agrees to withdraw this proposal. Range minimums and maximums will be adjusted with each annual general increase in section 3 herein. 16. Unit Sought: All lineworkers including journeymen and apprentice linemen, linemen, and lead linemen at the Winter, WI and Radisson, WI locations; excluding supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Mechanical insulators employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1640 E. Del Amo Blvd., Carson, California. Excluded: All other employees, scafforld builders, painters, welders, laboreres, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time ride mechanics employed by the Employer at Darian Lake Thme Park resort Excluded: All other employees, clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All Engineers responsible for standards, operation, maintenance, and certification of PG&E's gas and electric metering system and endpoints, including SmartMeters, non-SmartMeters and associated equipment. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All eligible employees, including Engineers, Project Managers, Anaylsts, and Account Representatives in the employer's Transmission Planning departments, including the work groups currently called "Transmission Plannint," "Generation Interconnect Services," and "Interconnected Grid Planning."
