Unit Sought: Centerline seeks clarification from the NLRB that the traditional bargaining units of Laborers and Painters based on the use of composite crews remain the existing bargaining units. Stated differently, the historical ratio of Painters to Laborers should be preserved and the Laborers Union should be prevented from seeking to reduce the number of Painters employed by the Company and replacing them with members of the Laborers Union. Such a clarification is necessary to preserve the integrity of the historical bargaining units.
