VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All regular full-time, regular part-time and eligible per diem employees in the following classifications employed by the Employer out of its facility located at 801 Davis street, San Leandro, CA 94577, the sole facility involved herein: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians (CCHT), Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians (CCHT)-Per Diem, Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technicians (CCHT) Advanced, and Environmental Services Technicians (EST); excluding all other classifications, professional employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others permitted to vote (Unit B): The parties have agreed that Clinical Administrative Coordinators, Biomedical Technicians, and Biomedical Technicians-Per Diem may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.

Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Inventory Supervisors may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification or group are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. EXCLUDED: All other employees, office clerical employees, store managers, assistant store managers, assistant managers, assistant supervisors, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
