Voting Unit (Unit A): All stagecraft, carpentry, electrical, sound, video, rigging, audio/visual, wardrobe, properties work, maintenance of equipment, and other related work recognized as traditionally falling within the jurisdiction of the Union in performance areas and in conjunction with the performance or presentation of any show, production, or event at the Mercury Ballroom; and excluding Confidential employees, guards, managers, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who were either (1) employed by the Employer within the year preceding the above eligibility date for at least two productions for a total of at least forty hours, or (2) employed by the Employer within the two years preceding the above eligibility date for at least 120 hours, regardless of the length of the days; and who have not been discharged for cause or quit voluntarily. The eligibility of production coordinators Foster Lucas and Madeline Claire Zink has not been determined. Production coordinators will vote subject to challenge by the Board Agent, and should be include in a separate section of the voter list.
