Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time faculty employees who are employed by The Cleveland Institute of Music at 11021 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 who were employed during the pay period Thursday, May 30, 2024. Excluded: All Deans, Associate Deans, Guest instructors and Guest conductors, non­ faculty professional employees, office clerical employees, casual employees, confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act. Others Permitted To Vote: The parties have agreed that the classifications of Directors and Division/Department Heads may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

March Ln., Stockton, California. Excluded: All other employees, Registered Nurses (RN), Charge RNs I, Charge RNs II, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, managerial employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Employees working in the Home Therapy Care Team Assistant position, were neither included in, nor excluded from, the bargaining unit covered by this certification inasmuch as the parties did not agree on the inclusion or exclusion of individuals in this classification or group, but agreed to vote them subject to challenge and resolution of their inclusion or exclusion was unnecessary because their ballots were not determinative of the election results.
