Excluded: All interns, fellows and/or residents who perform services at ChristianaCare but are employed by another health system, all non-physician residents, fellows and/or interns (including dentistry and podiatry residents, interns and fellows), all other employees, professional employees, physicians, contracted physicians (physicians employed by an organization other than Christiana Care Health Services, Inc. to provide services for ChristianaCare), managerial employees, confidential employees, temporary employees/employees employed for a fixed duration, clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that all physician fellows and physician chief residents employed at Christiana Hospital, located at 4755 Ogletown-Stanton Road, Newark, Delaware, and Wilmington Hospital, located at 501 West 14th Street, Wilmington, Delaware, may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
