The employees in the voting group will be asked two questions on their ballots: 1. If a majority of the voters in the voting group who cast valid ballots vote yes to the first question, indicating a desire to be represented by the Petitioner, and a majority of the valid votes are cast in the affirmative on the second question, the following employees would constitute a unit appropriate for collective bargaining: INCLUDED: All checking, stocking, receiving, produce, bakery sales, courtesy clerks, and coffee bar clerks employed by the Employer at Store #987.
