Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Sergeants providing security services for the Employer pursuant to its contract at the DEA and its facilities currently located at 700 Army-Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202; 1550 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202; 22624 Dulles Summit Court, Sterling, VA 20166; 22400 Shaw Road, Sterling, VA 20166; 14560 Avion Parkway, Chantilly, VA 20151; 8550 Cinderbed Road, Lorton, VA 22070; and 1440 McCormick Drive, Upper Marlboro, Maryland, 20774; but excluding all office clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the Captain may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
