Excluded: All other employees, including route drivers (fat and bone and grease), packer driers, finish production drivers, relief drivers, truck mechanics, clean star repair technicians, sales persons, dispatchers, office clerical employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. NOTE: If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, GENERAL DRIVERS, WAREHOUSEMEN AND HELPERS LOCAL 745, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of route drivers (fat and bone and grease), packer drivers, finish product drivers, relief drivers, truck mechanics, and clean star repair technicians employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1240 Sargent Road, Dallas, Texas. If the majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
