Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Electric Distribution Operation Specialists employed by the Employer at its Western Service Center currently located at 1400 Western Avenue, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Hudson Service Center currently located at 2001 Old Highway 35, Hudson, Wisconsin, La Crosse Service Center currently located at 3215 Commerce Street, La Crosse, Wisconsin, and Phillips Service Center currently located at 301 Hickory Hills Lane, Phillips, Wisconsin; but excluding clerical employees and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 953, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing Wisconsin unit currently represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 953. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
