VOTING GROUP – UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES) All full-time, regular part-time, and eligible per diem employees in the following classifications employed by the Employer out of its facility located at 610 N. Pastoria Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94086, the sole facility herein: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT); CCHT Advanced; CCHT Master; CCHT Per Diem; and Environmental Services Tech (EST); excluding professional employees, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
