Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time customer service representatives and dispatchers employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 3650 Rockwell Avenue, El Monte, California. Others Permitted to Vote: The parties have agreed that customer service representative supervisors and dispatch supervisors employed by the Employer may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications have been included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. Those eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit, employed by San Gabriel Transit Inc., who were employed during the payroll period ending June 3, 2018, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off. Also eligible to vote in the election are employees in the above unit, employed by California Transit Inc., who were employed during the payroll period ending May 28, 2018, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or were temporarily laid off.
