Excluded: All maintenance employees, drivers, dispatch clerks, inventory clerks, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others Permitted to Vote: At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether the Operators that are assigned to the bottling area working at the Employer's facility in Bayamón, PR are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. These individuals may vote in the election, but their ballots shall be challenged by the Petitioner since their eligibility has not been yet agreed to by said party. These individuals, inclusion in or exclusion from the unit, will be resolved, if necessary, following the election, in accordance with the NLRB's Rules and Regulations.
