Because a majority of valid ballots were cast for NATIONAL UNION OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS (NUHW), the employees in the unit described above are included in the established bargaining unit currently represented by the NATIONAL UNION OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS (NUHW) as described in Article I - Recognition of the USC Care Ambulatory Operations collective-bargaining agreement expiring on April 30, 2021.
