Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Willmar Regional Cancer Center Registered Nurses (RNs) employed by the Employer in the Willmar Regional Cancer Center at Carris Health–Rice Memorial Hospital, located at 301 Becker Ave SW, Willmar, MN; excluding CMAs, LPNs, Prior Authorization Specialists, all other RNs employed at the Carris Health–Rice Memorial Hospital campus, all other RNs employed by the Employer, all other professional employees, technical employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, office clerical employees, managerial employees, employees already represented by Minnesota Nurses Association, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees. These employees will be voting on whether to be added to the existing bargaining unit represented by the Petitioner. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA), they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit currently represented by MNA. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
