If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit currently represented by UNITE HERE Local 17, as described in its current collective bargaining agreement with the Employer effective June 1, 2017, through May 31, 2020, which covers the Employer’s only facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
