Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All registered nurses who can legally practice as registered nurses in the State of Hawai’i and who are working as registered nurses and employed by Employer at Employer’s Hawai’i facilities including full-time employees; all part-time employees who work a predetermined work schedule amounting to twenty (20) hours or more per week but less than forty (40) hours per week; regular part-time employees who does not work a predetermined work schedule but who is paid for at least two hundred sixty (260) hours in a payroll quarter; and part-time employees who work a predetermined work schedule amounting to sixteen (16) hours or more per week but less than twenty (20) hours per week and is paid for less than two hundred sixty (260) hours in a payroll quarter.
