Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All respiratory therapists who can legally practice as registered respiratory therapists in the State of Hawai’i and who are working as respiratory therapists employed by Employer in the at its Hawai’i facilities, including full-time employees; all regular part-time employees who work a predetermined schedule amounting to forty (40) hours per week; all part-time employees who work a predetermined work schedule amounting to twenty (20) hours or more per week but less than forty (40) hours per week; regular part-time employees who does not work a predetermined work schedule but who is paid for at least two hundred sixty (260) hours in a payroll quarter; and part-time employees who work a predetermined work schedule amounting to sixteen (16) hours or more per week but less than twenty (20) hours per week and is paid for less than two hundred sixty (260) hours in a payroll quarter. Excluded: Employees holding executive, administrative and supervisory positions, call-in employees, employees whose positions are 100% funded by outside sources, temporary employees who work fewer than 90 days, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
