If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 455, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit currently represented by International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 455 and as described in the collective bargaining agreement dated October 1, 2016 as follows: all employees of the Employer in its overhead, underground, distribution departments, stock department, streetlight department, transportation department, maintenance department, and janitors including line mechanics and line helpers, response specialists, specialized mobile equipment operators, cable splicers and helpers, garage mechanics, electricians and helpers, area stockhandlers and stockhandlers (2) all meter readers, meter and service representatives, meter service installers, building maintenance mechanics and janitors, (3) all Field Technicians and GIS Technicians, (4) Test Technicians; but excluding: executives, superintendents, supervisors, office and clerical employees, guards, professional employees, and laboratory employees. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
