Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time, regular part-time, and Per Diem* technical employees including Cardio Diagnostic Techs, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, CT Techs, Diagnostic Cardiovascular Techs, Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, Diagnostic X-Ray Techs, Echocardiographers, Hyperbaric Oxygen Specialists, Mammography Techs, MRI Techs, Neuro IT Techs, Nuclear Med Techs, Lead Nuclear Med Techs, Physical Therapy Assistants, Respiratory Therapists, Surgical Techs, Ultrasound Techs employed by the Employer at the following locations: Northern Dutchess Hospital (including the Wound Care Center), Nuvance Medical Practice Imaging (Kingston location), Northern Dutchess Hospital Cardiovascular Testing at 33 Grand Street, and Northern Dutchess Hospital Cardiovascular Testing locations at Northern Dutchess Hospital; but excluding employees at Thompson House, physician practice groups employees, service employees, maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, managers, guards, and professional employees and supervisors, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act. *The parties agree that for purposes of eligibility in this election, regular part-time and Per Diem employees must work an average of four (4) hours or more per week over the thirteen (13) weeks preceding the payroll eligibility date in order to be eligible to vote.

Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time Operators, Mechanics, Scale Attendants, Spotters, and Laborers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 2650 John Smith Rd., Hollister, CA 95023; excluding site managers, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Contract Scale Attendants may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
