Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time inventory variance researchers and cycle counters employed by the Employer at 300 2nd Ave S., Hopkins, Minnesota; but excluding all other employees, including operations assistants, warehouse assistants, quality assurance inspectors, purchase order discrepancy researchers, clerks, office clerical employees, professionals, managers, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Teamsters Local No. 120, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit already represented by Teamsters Local No. 120 at the Employer’s Hopkins, Minnesota facility, which includes warehouse employees, drivers, and other job classifications listed in the current collective bargaining agreement between the Employer and Union. If a majority of the valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees, laboratory technicians, and warehouse employees employed by Employer at its 5115 Highway 47, Dalbo, Minnesota facility; Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, managers, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the Maintenance Lead, Master Operation Technician, Production Lead, and Warehouse/Cooler Lead classifications may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether these classifications are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The Employer’s position is that these classifications are supervisory within the meaning of Section 2(11) of the Act. The eligibility or inclusion of these classifications will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
