Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem1 nurses employed by the Employer in its Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Department. Excluded: office clerical employees, managers, guards, all other professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. Ineligible to vote are (1) employees who have quit or been discharged for cause after the designated payroll period for eligibility, and, in a mail ballot election, before they mail in their ballots to the Board’s designated office, (2) employees engaged in a strike who have been discharged for cause since the commencement thereof and who have not been rehired or reinstated before the election date, and (3) employees engaged in an economic strike which began more than 12 months before the election date who have been permanently replaced. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that employee(s) in the CDI Educator/Analyst classification may vote in the election, but their ballot(s) may be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individual(s) in this classification or group is included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of this individual(s) will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Voting Unit (Unit A): VOTING GROUP – UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT) Included: All full time, regular part time, and per diem Registered Nurses (RN) employed by the employer at its Camarillo facility located at 3801 Las Posas Road, Ste. 103, Camarillo, California. Excluded: All other employees including non-professional employees, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, managerial employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors, as defined by the Act. If a majority of the professional employees voting in Unit A vote “Yes” to the first question, indicating their desire to be included in a unit with non-professional employees, they will be so included, and their votes on the second question will be counted together with the votes of the non-professional employees in Unit B to decide the question concerning representation for the overall unit consisting of the employees in Units A and B. If on the other hand, a majority of the professional employees voting in Unit A do not vote “Yes” to the first question, their ballots will be counted separately to decide the question concerning representation in a separate Unit A.

Voting Unit (Unit A): VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) employed by the Employer at its Diablo Central Pittsburg facility located at 2155 Loveridge Road, Pittsburg, CA 94565; excluding non-professional employees, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, Charge Registered Nurses II, managerial employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors, as defined by the Act. VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)/Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Patient Care Technicians I, Patient Care Technicians II, Patient Care Technicians III, and Secretaries/Receptionists employed by the Employee at its Diablo Central Pittsburg facility located at 2155 Loveridge Road, Pittsburg, CA 94565 ; excluding all other employees, professional employees, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, Charge Registered Nurses II, managerial employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors, as defined by the Act. The per diem employees are eligible to vote provided that such employees in the unit have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. A “float” employee is only eligible to vote at and will only be included on the eligible voter list for the specific Bio-Medical Applications of California Diablo unit (i.e., either Diablo Brentwood, Diablo West Antioch or Diablo Central Pittsburg) at which the employee had the most hours worked during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election

Highway 94 and 3600 Mueller Rd., Saint Charles, Missouri facilities. but EXCLUDING All office clerical employees, professional employees, quality engineers, manufacturing engineers, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.
