Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time employees employed by Pitzer College in the following job classifications: Dining: Utility; Prep Cook; Cook I; Barista; Cashier; Assistant Baker; Porter; Lead Barista; Cook ll; Cook III Lead; Catering; and Facilities: Build Attendant I; Groundskeeping I; Groundskeeping II; Groundskeeping Ill; Build Attendant 11; Build Attendant Ill; Lead Build Attendant; Maintenance Mechanic; Painter. Others Permitted to Vote: The parties have agreed that Kevin Ayala, Gloria Barrera, Griselda Gomez, Federico Guerrero, Amber Tapia and Chase Williams may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether these individuals are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. Excluded: (i) All employees employed by third parties; (ii) all clerical, confidential and administrative employees; (iii) all managers supervisors and guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act; (iv) all other employees.

Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and regular part-time employees, including Assistant Department Managers and Leads, employed by the Employer at its store located at 5320 NE 33rd Avenue, Portland, Oregon; but excluding all Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Store Chefs, managerial employees, all other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. However, Customer Service and Safety Specialists are neither included in nor excluded from the bargaining unit covered by this certification, inasmuch as the parties did not agree on the inclusion or exclusion of Customer Service and Safety Specialists but agreed to vote them subject to challenge and resolution of their inclusion or exclusion was unnecessary because their ballots were not determinative of the election results.

Voting Unit (Unit A): Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees, laboratory technicians, and warehouse employees employed by Employer at its 5115 Highway 47, Dalbo, Minnesota facility; Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, managers, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the Maintenance Lead, Master Operation Technician, Production Lead, and Warehouse/Cooler Lead classifications may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether these classifications are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The Employer’s position is that these classifications are supervisory within the meaning of Section 2(11) of the Act. The eligibility or inclusion of these classifications will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
