Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem unrepresented (residual) professional employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1400 Expo Pkwy, Sacramento, California, in the following job classifications: Professional: Utilization Review Coordinator, Utilization Review Clinician Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, employees represented by other labor organizations, guards, managers, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Aftercare Coordinators, School Counselors, Learning Specialist Coordinators, Learning Specialist Assistants, and Toddler Full-day Coordinators employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 1800 W. Balmoral Ave, Chicago, Illinois. Excluded: All Coordinators of Academic Support, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. The petitioner requests an Armour-Globe election take place such that the above unit of employees, if they vote for representation, be included with the below existing unit represented by the Petitioner. Included: All full-time and regular part-time Head Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Floaters employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 1800 W. Balmoral Avenue, Chicago, IL. Excluded: All Coordinators of Academic Support, office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
