Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Garage Attendants, Drivers, Stockroom Attendants and Counterpersons employed by the employer at the facility located at Excluded: All office clerical employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Employer's Utility Inspection Technicians and Gas Service Technicians (including Leads) who are both (a) in the supervisory group currently servicing National Grid and (b) associated with the above-defined North Attleborough Location, based on Employer's understanding of the bargaining unit the Union is seeking to represent. Excluded: All other employees of Employer, including all supervisory, confidential, and guard employees as defined by the NLRA.
