Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem unrepresented (residual) service employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 2700 Dolbeer Street in Eureka, California, in the following job classifications: Case Management Coordinator, Patient Placement Coordinator Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, employees represented by other labor organizations, employees represented in other bargaining units (see Attachment B), guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Employees employed by the Employer in the union certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case No. 19-RC-350782. Excluded: All other employees, managers, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time: (1) Support Coordinators; (2) Extended Hours Coordinators; (3) Carla Support Coordinators; (4) Bilingual Support Coordinators; (5) Bilingual Complex Care Coordinator and (6) Development Coordinators. Excluded: All supervisory employees under Section 2(11) of the Act, managerial employees, and confidential employees, including the following positions: 1. External Program Manager; 2. Extended Hours Program Manager; 3. Complex Care Program Manager; 4. Contracts Manager; 5. Database Manager; 6. Executive Assistant and Special Project Manager; 7. Communications Manager; 8. Institutional Giving Manager; 9. Annual Giving and Events Manager; and 10. Senior Support Coordinator. In addition, and to the extent that the Board determines that the above employees are not supervisory, managerial, and/or confidential employees, Employer requests a Sonotone self-determination election be conducted because the Union's Request for Recognition seeks a mixture of professional and non-professional employees.
