Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and on-call/PRN Licensed Nurses, including Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses assigned to Charge/Med-Cart Nurse, Desk/Resource Nurse, and Treatment/Wound Nurse duties who are employed by the Employer at the nursing facility currently located at 430 Willow Street, Alameda, California 94501. Excluded: All other licensed nurses including the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Staff Development, Coordinators, MDS Nurses, Infection Prevention (IP) Nurses, AM Licensed Nurse Supervisors, and PM Licensed Nurse Supervisors.

Exclude: All fiber technicians, splicers, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Transit Operations Supervisors employed by the Employer at its DASH Operations Control Center (DOCC) located at 3000 Business Center Dr., Alexandria, VA 22314. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, managers, guards, professional employees, confidential employees, and supervisors under the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Field Technicians (Installers & Maintenance) Construction Technicians. Excluded: All clerical & confidential employees, managers, and supervisors defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time drivers, spare drivers, and monitors employed by the Employer out of its Prospect, Connecticut facility. Excluded: All office clerical employees, dispatchers, managers, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
