Unit Sought: Including: All Certified Wound Care Clinicians employed by and working at CSV’s Medical Group facilities at the locations listed on Addendum AA of the parties’ Collective Bargaining Agreement. to the already-certified unit (first certified in 1974), specifically: CN I/Cath Lab I; CN II/Cath Lab II; CN III/Cath Lab III; CN IV/Cath Lab IV; and LPN employed by and working at CSV’s Medical Group facilities at the locations listed on Addendum AA of the parties’ Collective Bargaining Agreement. Excluding: All confidential associates, per diem associates, professional associates, and guards who are employed by and working at CSV’s Medical Group facilities at the locations listed on Addendum AA of the parties’ Collective Bargaining Agreement.
