Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time employees assigned to the Exton, PA Plant in the production and manufacturing departments, which consists of the allsalt, child checkmate, comms, customer service, field service tech, field service profit center, fog, mil, parts, production support, QA2, shipping/receiving/ materials, UVI/PH subdivision, that are employed in the following roles: material handlers, manufacturing production associates, manufacturing technicians, manufacturing production associate 2, manufacturing technician, production line lead, production coordinator, contracts manager, senior account manager, account manager, program manager, customer support coordinator, R&D technician, pattern maker, field service coordinator, field service tech, field service supervisor, field service lead tech, field service engineering tech, field service tech, field service supervisor, production coordinator, gerber cutting operator, master scheduler, maintenance tech, production scheduler, production manager, invent. Excluded: All regular and part time employees that were formerly employed in the Fabrication sub-division of the Production and Manufacturing Department; all supervisors and managers, that satisfy the test set out in Section 2(11) of the Act; guards; and business clerical and administrative employees.

Unit Sought: Included: The petitioner already represents all full-time and regular part-time production employees, and maintenance employees at the above location. This petition seeks a self-determination election for the presently unrepresented full-time and regular part-time Quality Control Lab employees (QC Lab Technicians, QA Lab Techs, QA Technicians, Quality Control Lab Technician & Senior Technician in the following labs: Plant Lab, Chromatography Lab, Spectroscopy Lab, Prep Lab and EP Lab. Excluded: All other employees, including all professional & managerial, R&D Lab employees, office/clericals, guards, and supervisors as defined in the act.
