Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Crane Operators and Oilers at the Employer's facility located at 111 Slaton Rd in Lubbock TX. Excluded: All other employees, including Office Clerical employees, Professional emplyees, Managerial emplyees, Guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All regular and part-time pickers, receiving, checkers, pickups, inventory, returns, drivers, full case picking, shipping, and maintenance employed by the Employer at its 9250 Ashton Road facility.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part-time employees formerly mailers and inserters and operators employed at 435 River Road, North Tonawanda, NY facility. Excluded: All shipping or clerical employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the NLR Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All workers performing Piping, Mechanical, Welding and Millwright Services Excluded: All Supervisors, Electricians, Shop Foreman, Truck Drives, Security Guards and/or Office Personnel.
