Unit Sought: Included: all full-time and regular part-time shop and field service mechanics, service techs and welders employed by the employer at its Milwaukee and Wausau, Wisconsin facilities. Excluded: All clerical, guards and supervisory employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All production and maintenance employees at the Milk Prodcuts, Inc. plant at Chilton, Wisconsin; excluding managerial employees, clerical employees, quality control and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time employees including, Maintenance, Registered living assistants, Housekeepers, Records clerks, Billing clerks, and Secretaries, employed by the employer at its 2030 Muldoon Rd. location. Excluded: All confidential employees, volunteers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and casual employees at the Employer's processing plant. Excluded: All supervisors, managers, confidential employees, guards and/or watch persons as defined in the Act.
