Unit Sought: INCLUDED: ALL MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING OPERATORS, ENGINEERS, AND ELEVATOR OPERATORS, EMPLOYED BY THE EMPLOYER AT 1500 LOUISIANA, 1600 SMITH, AND 1400 SMITH STREET, HOUSTON, TEXAS. EXCLUDED: ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING OFFICE CLERICAL EMPLOYEES, GUARDS, WATCHMEN, AND SUPERVISORS, AS DEFINED IN THE ACT.
