Unit Sought: Included: All meat cutters, apprentices, meat wrappers, butcher blockemployees, sushi bar chef, snack bar/meat clean-up, deli employees and Starbucks employees including the manager(s) and part-time workers who work regulary one (1) day or more a week, employed by King Soopers in Castle Rock, Colorado. Excluded: All store managers, courtesy clerks, office clerical employees, guards, professional employees, all-purpose clerks, general merchandise clerks, supervisors as defined in the Act, and allother employees in the Castle Rock King Soopers.

Unit Sought: Since on or about January 1, 2007, particulary on January 24, 2007, and continuing to date, the above-named Employer, by and though its officers, agents and supervisors, ahs refused to bargain in good faith with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Woekrs, AFL-CIO, Local Union No. 611, by failing and refusing to (1) process a grievance regardibg the proper pay of "TNMP" employees while working as supplemental workers, and then as transmission and distribution employees of the Employer' (2) furnish inforamtion regarding the aforesaid greivance and informtion regarding "TNMP" employees accreted or allegedly accreted into the existing bargaining unit represented by the Charging Party; and (3) bargaiin regarding the "TNMP" employees and their placement in the existing bargaining unit as an accretion to said unit. By the above and other acts, the avoce-named employes has interfered with, restrained, and coerced employees in the exercise of the rights guaranteed in Section 7 of the Act. Proposed Clarification: Petitioner seeks to clarify the existing unit to include the former employees of Texas New Mexico Power Company ("TNMP") consolidated into the operation of Public Service Company of New Mexico on January 1, 2007, and limited to those employees engaged in New Mexico in the transmissioin and distribution of electricity, excluding office clericals, meter readers, guards, watchmen, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time drivers employed by the employer at its facility Rancho Cucamanga, CA Excluded: All office clerical employees, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.
