Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time regular Captains, engineers, deckhands, dec/eng class 1,2,3. Excluded: All other employees including clerical, operations managers, port captains, office managers and supervisors and employees employed by the employer out of the Port Everglades facility.
