Excluded: Office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time drivers and plant operators employed by the Employer at its facility located at 4730 Vandenberg Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada. Excluded: All other employees, professionals, office clerical, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time warehouse and logistics employees working for the Employer at the Employer's Peoria facility and Caterpillar's Mossville, East Peoria, and Mapleton facilities all office clerical employees, administrative assistants, temporary employees of staffing agencies, all other professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
