Unit Sought: Included: All full time and/or regular part time security officers performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended employed by CDA Inc. or their successors to provide security @ the Ft. Rucker Army Base under terms of any federal government's Dept. of Defense (DOD) contract with the Employer. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professionals employees, supervisors, as defined in the Act, as amended, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Engineers, Mechanics, and Horticulturists employed by the emploeyr at the above named location. Excluded: All non-Maintenance personnel including all Supervisors, Guards, Clerical, confidential employees, and all others as defined in the Act.
