Unit Sought: Included: All field construction employees performing any and all work in connection with the installation of dry and wet utilities (including but not limited to gas, electric, telephone, cable, and television) employed at or out of the Employer's yard at 6261 Pedley Road, Riverside, California, in the Counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kern, Inyo, Mono, San Bernardino, and Riveside in the state of California, including machine operators, heavy equipment operators, pipe fitters, plastic fusion employees, welders, mechanics, excavators, backfill employees, cement workers, pavers, laborers, employees performing work in confined spaces, crew foremen, yard employees, class A and B drivers, and employees grounding, setting, leveling and grouting pre-cast manholes, handholes, and pads, as well as the pouring of concrete envelopes, and the laying of pre-assembled cables. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, dispatchers, messengers, sales persons, estimators, project managers, professional employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All maintenance Personnel in the Maintenance Department including Locksmiths, Laborers, Carpet and Tile Personnel, employed by the Employer located at 129 Fremont Street in Las Vegas, Nevada. Excluded: Security Guards, Secretaries and all other personnel defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time Laborers employed by the employer located at 129 Fremont Street in Las Vegas, Nevada Excluded: Security guards, secretaries, maintenance personnel, locksmiths, carpet and tile and all other personnel defined by the act.

Unit Sought: The company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent, as certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case No. 28-RC-6066, for all regular full-time bulk drivers, sideload drivers, full service drivers, special events drivers, cooler service technicians, warehouse workers, and merchandisers, employed by the company at its Yuma, Arizona, facility, located at 840 East 19th Street, Yuma, Arizona, 85365, excluding all checkers, office clerical employees, sales employees, part-time and seasonal employees, supervisors, professional employment, and guards.
