Unit Sought: Included: All operators employed by the Employer at its Elizabeth, NJ facility Excluded: mechanics, cleaners, maintenance employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Includes all classifications covered by the Painters and Decorators Master Agreement (Painters, Drywall Finishers, Wall Paper Hangers and their foremen, general foremen and apprentices), set to expire June 30, 2007. Excludes all non-manual workers (office and clerical), steel stud installers and drywall hangers.
