Unit Sought: Included: All equipment operators, mechanics, welders, technicians, service and maintenance employees, painters, shop, yard, workers and helpers employed by the Employer at its yard as well as field construction job sites. Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All mill operators; Excluded: All other employees, including miners, mine operators, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees working in loss control including those in fire safety, spill response, and all port medics and physician assistants; Excluded: All other employees, including miners, mill operators, mine operators, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All physicians and licensed nurse practitioners, including family nurse practitioners and adult nurse practioners, employed by the ER in their aforementioned classifications at/or working out of tits two medical centers located at 1301 East Huffman, Anchorage, AK and at 3710 Woodland Drive, Anchorage, AK. Excluded: All other employees, office and clerical employees as defined in the Act. The proposed unit would include all the current classifications plus the titles of physician assistants.
