Unit Sought: Included: All production employees in the following classifications: masons, mason's helpers, carpenters, carpenter's helpers, light equipment driver, laborers, and heavy equipment operators, and truck operators employed by the Employer at the Aristiides Chavier Residential Project construction site in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
