Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time journeymen, apprentice and pre-apprentice sheet metal workers who are engaged in work covered under Article I, Section 1(A)* of the current collective bargaining agreement, whether employed at it's facility located at 3121 SE 6th St. Topeka, KS. or on a jobsite, between the Employer and the Petitioner. Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees includi8ng those already represented by another labor organization.
