Unit Sought: Included: All classifications included in the extant Collective Bargaining Agreement, and all client servic4e officials, receptionists, information officials, billing officials, account executives, account managers, account sales managers, accounts renewal managers, and pharmacy customer service representatives. Excluded: All the classifications mentioned in the extant Collective bargaining agreement.

Unit Sought: Included: All equipment operators, iolers, gradecheckers, surveyors, soil testers, inspectors as well as mechanics, lubrication personnel employed by Chaparral Contracting, Inc. at all jobsites in Southern Nevada. Excluded: All employees working at all rock, sand & gravel processing plants for Chaparral Contracting, Inc. Also excluding, supervisors, clerical and security guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Including employees employed in job classifications covered by the Agreement (Truck Drivers, Foremen, Freezer Clerk, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, Warehouseman); excluding all other classifications, including but not limited to managerial employees, Corporate Fleet and Safety Manager, Director of Operations, and supervisors as defined by the NLRA. Proposed inclusion: Truck drivers domiciled in Washington State.
