Unit Sought: Description of Existing Barganining Unit (A copy of Article I in Spanish of the contract is enclosed). Included: All the operations and maintenance employees employed by PUERTO RICAN CEMENT COMPANY, INC. (now CEMEX DE PUERTO RICO) at its plant located in Canas Ward, Ponce, Puerto Rico. Including warehouse employees; employees dedicated to stock, pack, dispatch and carry cement and lime loaders and drivers; all the instrumentation technicians, control room operatiors an X-ray operators; employees dedicated to the maintenance, repair and cleaning of the Plant, of the raw materials warehouses, employees dedicated within the Plant to the transportation, stacking, custody and receiving of raw material. Excluded: All office employees, chemists, chief electriicans, factory chiefs, chief of raw materials, chief of the packing department and its assistants; clericals and warehouse workers, chiefs of the kin department, drivers to the directors and administrators, workers employed in the construction of new projects or to do major repairs; specialized employees and its helpers; executive personnel and administrative personnel, doormen, guards and supervisors as defined in the Law. It is also excluded the transportation of materials, raw material, clinker and fuel by independent contractors. II Proposed Clarification Included: All the operations and maintenance employees employed by PUERTO RICAN CEMENT COMPANY, INC. (now CEMEX DE PUERTO RICO) at its cement and lime manufacturing plants located in Canas Ward, Ponce, Puerto Rico. Including warehouse employees; employees dedicated to stock, packk, dispatch and carry cement and lime, loaders and drivers, all the instrumentation technicians, and X-ray operators; employees dedicated to maintenance, repairs and cleaning of the Plant, grinder of raw material, trucks and other equipment, employees at raw matrial warehouses, employees dedicated within the Plant to the transportation, stacking,custody and receiving of raw material. Excluded: All office employees, chemists, chief electriicans, factory chiefs, chief of raw materials, chief of the packing department and its assistants; clericals and warehouse workers, chiefs of the kin department, drivers to the directors and administrators, workers employed in the construction of new projects or to do major repairs; specialized employees and its helpers; executive personnel and administrative personnel, doormen, guards and supervisors as defined in the Law. Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Laborers employed by the Employer located at 3665 W. Twain Ave Excluded: All other employees, guards, office clerical employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Technicians and lot man. Excluded: Management, sales department, detail, parts counter, service advisor, clerical.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time Paramedics EMT's Vechile Maintance & Transportation employees Excluded: All other employees including clerical billing admistrative guards managers and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time warehouse employees employed by the Employer at the Appleton, WI location,

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and part time grocery and receiving clerks employed by Super Mercado Mexico. Excluded: Managers, Supervisors and office personnel.

Unit Sought: Automobile Technicians employed at 1890 Sycamore Road, Dekalb, IL Excluded: all other employees and guards, professionals and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time machinists, grinders, and flame spray technicians who are employed by the Employer at its facility located at 3824 Fremont Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri. All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees. 

Unit Sought: Included: All non-professional employees including LVNs, CNAs, RNAs, activities, residents companions, dietary, housekeeping, laundry and custodians. Excluded: All professional employees, office clerical employees, supervisors, managers, guards and other employees as defined by the Act.
