Excluded: Security Guards, Secretaries and other personnel defined by the act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time Superintendent, Handyman, Porter (A), Porter (B) employed by Century Management Services Inc./Sheepshead Terrace Cooperative Apts. located at 2461 and 2427 East 29th Street, Brooklyn, New York  11235. All guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
