' Excluded: All supervisors and clerical employees as defined in the Act and all employees previously represented at 123 Varick Ave., Bronx, NY, by Loc. 116 RWDSU, UFCW as per Loc. 116's collective bargaining agreement with Waste Mgmt. when the operation was controlled by Waste Management.
