Unit Sought: Included: All employees employed by the Employer at the Greater Richmond Convention Center facility, Richmond, Virginia; Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: employees at Alliance One Tobacco USA's ("Alliance's") two facilities located at: 1) 2400 Stantonsburg Road, Wilson, NC (the "Stantonsburg Road facility"); and 2) 605 S. Tarboro Street, Wilson, NC (the "Cut Rag facility").
