Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time competency evaluating nursing assistants (CENAs) restorative aids (CENAs), housekeeping aids, maintenance employees, laundry aids, activity aids, dietary aids, and cooks. Excluded: All business office clericals, financial services employeees, purchaser, accounting clerks, office billing employees, administrators, receptionists, confidential secretaries, registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, social workers and medical records employees, guards, and supervisors as definied in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time operators including shop mechanics, partsmen and low-boy operators employed at the site of construction, fabrication, repair, assembly and erection within the State of Michigan Excluded: Employees represented by other labor organizations; all professional, office and clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All employees employed in the classifications of shovel operators, pug mill, skid stear, loaders, back hoe, mechanics and maintenance personnel, welders, high lift or dozer operators, and all plant maintenance EXCLUDED: greasing, office clerical and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and part-time logistic employees, including delivery technicians, patient services technicians,  clinical service techinicians, lead transportation employees, warehouse clerks and senior  warehouse clerks.  But EXCLUDING all transfill employees, wheel chair rehab employees, nurses, respitory therapists, pharmacy employees, office clerical employees,  managers, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act and all other employees.
