Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part time personnel employed in the Data Acquisition Specialist Department located in Cedar Rapids, IA as a Data Acquisition Specialist. Excluded: All professional, supervisory and confidential employees as defined by the Act. Petitioner is seeking a self-determination election, whereby if the employees in the petitioned for unit, as described in Section 5 of the petition, vote for union representation, then that will indicate their desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit covered by what is referred to as the Alliant Energy-IP&L Agreement, formerly known as the "IES Agreement".
