It is expressly understood and agreed that the bargaining unit does not include: A. Supervisors emplyees with authority ti hire , promote , discharge discipline, or otherwise affect the status of employees or effectively recommend such action. B. Administrative employees. C. Office clerical employees and clerical employees assigned to factory departments. D. Employees of the Plant Security Department. E. Employees of the Production Control Department F. Employees in the Product Styling Department. G. Employees classifield as Quality Technicians. H. Employees in the Engineering Department. 2. Whenever the term employee(s) is hereinafter used, it shall expect where otherwise specifield, mean those within the bargaining unit described in this Atricle.
